How does SUMO work with Salesforce?

SUMO is a native Salesforce application designed to enhance your booking and scheduling processes directly within your Org. You can install SUMO in both production and Sandbox environments from the AppExchange. SUMO allows you to create calendars, automate scheduling, and manage appointments using any standard or custom Salesforce objects.

Does SUMO have the capability to schedule locations, resources, and equipment needed for events?

Yes, SUMO offers robust capabilities for scheduling not just appointments but also locations, resources, and equipment required for events. This feature is integral to our platform, making it an ideal solution for complex scheduling scenarios.

What is the difference between the monthly and annual plans?

The primary difference between our monthly and annual plans is the cost savings. By opting for the annual plan, you pay upfront for 12 months but get the equivalent of two months free, making it a more economical choice in the long run.

Can you tell me about pricing?

Certainly! Please visit our pricing page to explore the different plans we offer. You'll find detailed information about what's included in each plan and the exact costs associated with them.

What does the renewal process look like?

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you downgrade your plan before your renewal date.

What is the difference between SUMO and Salesforce Lightning Scheduler?

While Salesforce Lightning Scheduler is tailored primarily for appointment bookings, SUMO is a versatile solution that handles a wide range of booking and scheduling needs, including but not limited to appointments.

SUMO is cost-effective and operates on platform licenses, whereas Lightning Scheduler requires Service or Sales Cloud licenses. For a detailed comparison, feel free to reach out to us.

I am a Salesforce partner, can I buy SUMO for my customers?

Absolutely! We welcome partnerships with Salesforce partners and are eager to discuss referral or reseller agreements. If you're interested, please get in touch with us, and we'll support you throughout your sales cycle.

Is SUMO SOC 2 compliant?

Since SUMO is a native Salesforce solution, all your data remains within the Salesforce environment. As Salesforce is SOC 2 compliant, SUMO adheres to the same high standards of security and compliance.
